· As of September of 2014, Salt offers dinner Friday through Sunday, with a different, themed menu each week. On Friday and Saturday, meals will be fixed-price, and consist of five or seven courses, making use of premium Vermont ingredients supplemented with the finest seafood ($50 or $75 per person, respectively).
On Sunday, we'll create a single, communal table, and serve a convivial, farm-style dinner, consisting of salads, two entrées (one meat and one vegetarian), side dishes, and dessert ($35 per person).
Menu themes may be based on world cuisines, historical events, film, literature, a particular color, or whatever else strikes our fancy! Our fixed-price dinners and farm-style dinners will playfully reflect the elegant and more rustic sides of the same theme.

Farm-Style Dinner: Sunday, single seating at 6 p.m.
Reservations are Strongly Recommended:
seating is limited to 20 diners on Friday and Saturday, and 18 on Sunday. To reduce waste, we prepare food each afternoon based on the number of reservations we have.
